AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY�S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE
REVENUES
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to
receive state revenues for fiscal year 1994-95.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its
passage; by the Council, approval by the Mayor, and
posting by the City Recorder.
