AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Purauant to ORS 221.770; the City hereby elects to rece;.ve state
revenues for fiscal year 1992-93.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by
the Council,L l, aypitival by the Mayor, $i7d posting by the laity
Recorder.
