AN ORDINANCE. TO AMEND PROVISIONS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CODE TO
ALLOW RELIGIOUS ASSEMBLY AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-P ZONE, SECTION
18,64.040 A.
!--,HEREAS, The City of Tigard finds it necessary t^ revise the Community
Development Code periodically to improve the operation and
implementation of the Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Planning Commission reviewed the staff
recommendation at a public hearing on April 6, 1992 and voted to
recommend approval of the amendment to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 28, 1992 to
consider the amendment.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Community Development Code shall be amended as follows:
18.64.040 Conditional Uses (See Chapter 18.130)
A. Conditional uses in the C-P district are as follows:
44.. Religious Assemblies
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage
by the Council, apporval by the Mayor, and posting by the City Recorder.
