ORDINANCE NO. 92-f
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE TERMINATION DATE OF ORDINANCE 72-55 WHICH
GRANTED A NON-EXCLUSIVE ELECTRIC UTILITY FRANCHISE TO PORTLAND ELECTRIC
COMPANY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS'
SECTION 1: Term Extension. The Franchise granted by Ordinance 72-55 is hereby extended
until November 10, 1992.
SECTION 2: When Effective. It is hereby declared that an emergency exists and that it is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health, and safety of the people of the
