Ordinance No. 91-24 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 91-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TMC 10.28.130(41) PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF
SW GREENBURG ROAD.
WHEREAS, TMC 10.28.130 (41) prohibits parking at any time on portions of
Greenburg Road; and
WHEREAS, safety improvements are currently being constructed along Greenburg
Road between Pacific Highway and Shady Lane; and
WHEREAS, the design of the improvements does not provide for on-street
parking.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: TMC 10 .28.130(41) , is hereby amended as follows:
" (41) Along both sides of SW Greenburg Road between Pacific
Highway and Shady Lane."
SECTION 2 : This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by
the Council, approval by the Mayor, and posting by the City
Recorder.
