ORDINANCE NO. 91--
AN ORDINANCE DRCLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
THE CITYOFTIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to QRS 221.770, the City hereby elects to receive state
revenues for fiscal year 1991-92.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by
the Council, approval by the Mayor, and posting by the City
Recorder.
