ORDINANCE NO. 90-1 )
All ORDINANCE AMENDING TMG 10.28.130(32) PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF SW
121ST AVENUE.
WHEREAS TMC 10.289.130(32) prohibits parking at any time on portions of SW
121st Avenue; and
WHEREAS, aafaty improvements are currently being constructed along SW 121st
Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the design of the improvements does not provide for on-street parking.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: TMC 10.28.130(32) is amended to read as follows:
"(32) Along both sides of SW 121st Avenue between Scholls Ferry
Road and Burlheights Drive."
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by the
Council, approval by the Mayor, and posting by the City Recorder.
