ORDINANCE NO. 90- 3J
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TMC 10.28.130(58) PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF SW
DURHAM ROAD,
WHEREAS TMC 10.28.130(58) prohibits parking at any time on portions of Durham
Road; and
WHEREAS, safety improvements are currently being constructed along Durham Road
between Hall Boulevard and Pacific Highway; and,
WHEREAS, the design of the improvements does not provide for on-street parking.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: TMC 10.28.130(58) is amended to read as follows:
"(58) Along both sides of SW Durham Road between Hall Boulevard and
Pacific Highway."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by the
Council, approval by the Mayor, and posting by the City Recorder.
