Ordinance No. 89-02 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE (ZCA
88-18) (HELM) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for annexation signed by Larry and
Tamara Helm who own two parcels in the subject area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 13, 1989, to
consider the annexation request and to consider zoning designations for the
property; and
WHEREAS, on February 13, 1989, the City Council approved a resolution
forwarding the annexation to the Portland Metropc Utan Area Local Government
Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the planning staff as
set forth in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations
assigned to the properties on the Comprehensive Plan Lard Use Map adopted by
the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS!
Section 1: The recommendation of the planning staff as set forth below is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Map and Policy
10.1.2 of the City's Comprehensive Plan.

Section 2: This subject property shall be designated as a developing area or.
the Development Standards Area Map.
