AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE (ZCA 88-17)
(FYRE/MOORS) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. -
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for annexation signed by Milton and Pamela
Fyre, who own one parcel, and Stuart Moore, who is the trustee of the other parcel
comprising the subject area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on December 5, 1988, to consider the
annexation request and to consider zoning designations for the property; and
WHEREAS, on December 5, 1988, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding the
annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the Planning staff as set forth
in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations assigned to the
propert:'es on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map adopted by the City of Tigard.
THF CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning staff as set forth below is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Map and Policy 10.1.2 of the
City's Comprehensive Plan.
