ORDINANCE NO. 88
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CO?:CLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE (ZCA 88-15)
(LASSELLE) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for annexation signed by David and Beverly
Paull, Barbara and Courtney Lasselle, and Marjorie Orr, who own the subject properties;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a pliblic hearing on December 5, 1988, to consider the
annexation request and to consider zoning designations for the property; and
WHEREAS, on December 5, 1988, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding the
nnnegation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the Planning staff as set forth
in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations assigned to the
properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map adopted by the City of Tigard and
those which most closely approximate the Washington County zoning designation as
provided in the Washington County - Tigard Urban Planning Area Agreement.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLO0*
Section 1s The recommendation of the Planning staff as set forth below is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Map and Policy 10.1.2 and 10.1.3
of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
