( AN ORDINANCE: ADOP"T"ING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE: CHANGE (7.CA 88-13)
(BODYFELT) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on August 22, 1988, the City received a petition signed by Richard and Kathleen
Bodyfelt requesting annexation into the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public: hearing on September 12, 1988, to consider the
annexation request and to consider zoning designations for the property; and
WHEREAS, on Soptember 12, 1988, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding the
annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the Planning staff as set forth
in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations assigned to the
properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Ilse Map adopted by the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning staff as set: forth below is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Map and Policy 10.1.2 of the
City's Comprehensive Plan.

Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon filing of the annexation final
