AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING F1:NDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE: CHANGE (LCA 88-12)
(132ND) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. �

WHEREAS, on August -16, 1988, the City had received petitions signed by 16 property
owners representing 2.0 parcels requesting annexation into Tigard; and

WHEREAS, tho City Council held a public hearing on September 12, 1988, to consider
the annexation request: and to consider zoning designations for the property; and
WHEREAS, on September 12, 1988, t:he City Council approved a resolution forwarding the
annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government: Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the Planning staff as set
forth in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations assigned to
the properties on the Comprehensive Plan 1-arid Use Map adopted by the City of Tigard.
THE: CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning staff as set forth is consistent
with Lhe City's Comprehensive Lana Use Map and Policy 10.1.2 of the
City's Comprehensive Plan.
