Ordinance No. 88-16 i CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE NO. 88- _ AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUBSECTIONS 18.68.040, 18.68,050, AND 18.130..150 OF THE TIGARD COMMUNITY DE.VELOPMF.NT CODE -- INDUSTRIAL PARK ZONE (ZOA 88--01) REQUESTED BY PACIFIC REALTY ASSOCI:AT E:S, WHEREAS, the City of Tigard finds it necessary to revise its Community Development Code periodically to improve the operation and implementation of the Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning staff made recommendations of findings to the City of Tigard Planning Commission on July 5, 1988; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of a modified ZOA 88-01 at this same meeting; and WHEREAS. The Tigard City Council held a public hearing on the proposed changes on July 25, 1988. THE: CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Community Development Code shall be amended as shown on Exhibit "A". Language to be delated is shown in [BRACKETS].
