ORDINANCE NO. 88-151
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE: CHANGE:: (ZCA 88-07)
(LAMKTN) AND DECLARING AN EFFEC-11VE DAME.
WHEREAS, on June 14, 1988 James and Marlys Lamkin, and Mitsuko Baird filed a request to
annex land into the city of Tigard; and
WHE,,L_�_�, the City Council held a public hearing on July 25, 1988, to consider the
annexation request and to consider zoning designations for the property; and
WHEREAS, on July 25, 1988, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding the
annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the Planning staff as set form
in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations assigned to the
properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map adopted by the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning staff as set forth below is consistent
with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Map and Policy 10.1.2 of the
City's Comprehensive Flan.
