THE CI'1Y OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to r•ecr-_ive

This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by
the Council, approval by the Mayor, and posting by the City
Recorder.
