ORDINANCE NO. 88—Q7
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE (ZCA 88-04)
(TIGHE) and DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1988, Glen and Shirley Tighe filed a request to annex land into
the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 9, 1988 to consider the
annexation request and to consider zoning designations for, the property; and
WHEREAS, on May 9, 1988 the City Council approved a resolution forwarding the
annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the zonir, district designations recommended by the Planning staff as set
forth in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations assigned to
the properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map adopted by the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning staff as set forth below is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and Policy
10.1.2 of the City's Comprehensive Plan.

Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon filing of the annexation
