CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE NO. 88—© AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TMC 10.28.137, DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL LOADING ZONE ON SOUTHWIEST 87TH AVENUE, AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS TMC 10.28.137 describes the portions of public streets within the City of Tigard designated as loading zones; and WHEREAS the Tigard City Council has heard a recommendation from the City Engineer that an additional loading zone be designated on S. W. 87th Avenue near Pacific Highway; The City of Tigard ordains as follows: Section 1: TMC section e10.208.137, eh°amendedebygnating adding theding zonesfollowing: �z the City of Tigard, is Y "(4) Along the east side of S.W• 87th Avenue from Pacific Highway to a point 50 feet north of thecurb line of :: _'� Pacific Highway.
