ORDINANCE NO, 87--3D
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE
(ZC"A 87-11) (SCARRAiT) AND DE.CLARINC AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 8, 1987 to consider
the annexation request and to consider plan and zoning designations for the
property; and
WHEREAS, on :.lune 8, 1987, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding
the annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the plan and zoning district designations recommended by the Planning
staff as set forth in Section 1 below are those which conform to those
designations assigned to the properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map
adopted by the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: p
S2ction 1; The recommendation of the Planning staff as set forth below is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and
Policy 10.1.2 of th? City's Comnrehonsivn Plan.
