AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE: If
(ZCA 87-0,7B)(GOLDEN KEY "B") AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 8, 1987 to consider
the annexation request and to consider plan and zoning designations for the
property; and
WHEREAS, on June 8, 1987, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding
the annexation to the Portland ije'i;r-uWuaa�«Fitan F Area Local rnvernment Boundary
Commission; and

WHEREAS, the plan and zoning district designations recommended by the Planning .
staff as set forth in Section 1 below are those which conform to those
designations assigned to the properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map
adopted by the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
