AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE (ZCA
8-86) (AL9ERTSONS' INC.)
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1986, Alber+_sons' Inc, filed a request to annex land
into the City of Tigard; and

consider the annexation request and to co�^:ider zoning designations for the
property; and
WHEREAS, on August 25, 1986, the City Council approved a resolution forward
the annexation to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the zoning district designations recommended by the Planning staff as
set forth in Section 1 below are those which conform to those designations
assigned to the properties on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map adopted by
the City of Tigard.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 The recommendation of Planning staff as set forth is consistent
with the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and Policy 10.1.2 of
the City's Comprehensive Plan.
