AN ORDINANCE OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL. AMENDENG SECTION 2.12.020 OF THE
TIGARD MUNICIPAL. CODE PERTAINING TO MEETING NOTICE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARK
AND RECREATION BOARD AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
TETE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FO9_L.OWS:
Section 1: Section 2.12.020 shall be amended as follows • Additions are
underlined and deletions are shown in (brackets]:
"Meetings. The park board shall hold meetings as needed, but shall
not meet less than six times per year. Minutes of each meeting
shall be prepared and submitted to the city recorder not more than
seven days following a board meeting. These minutes shall be
reviewed by the City Council at a regular meeting. [Notice of all
meetings shall. be given to all members at least seven days prior to
the meeting stating day, time and place.]"
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective an the 31st day after its
enactment by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
