Ordinance No. 85-22 CIT Y OF T IGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE N0. 85-_a2: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.68.030, 18.68.040 AND 18.42.020 OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CODE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. (70A 3-85) WHEREAS, the City of Tigard finds it necessary to revise its Community Development cede periodically to improve the operation and implementation of the Code; and WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has reviewed the Commun .ty Development Code and has adopted the same; caflia WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Planning Commission held public hearings on the proposed changes on April 16, 1985; and WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council held a public hearing on proposed changes on May 6, 1985; and THE CITY OF 'TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Section 18.42.020 of the Community Development Code shall be amended as setforth in Exhibit "A" attached. Items to be added are underlined., items to be deleted are shown in [brackets]. Section 2: Section 18.68.030 and 18.68.040 of the Community Development shall be repealed in their entirety and adopt new sections as shown in Exhibit "8" attached. Section 3: In order that the Community Development Code may improve the operation and implementation of the Code and to protect 'the public health, safety and welfare, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
