Ordinance No. 85-08 CITY OF T'IGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 85-j(29-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REVISING THE FLOODPLAIN AND WETLANDS MAP OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PIAN. (CPA 27-84)
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard adopted a Comprehensive Plan for the City by
Ordinance 83--52 on November 9, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Volume 1 - Resource Document, Volume 2 - Findings, Policies, and
Implementation Strategies, Volume 3 - Community Development Code and the
Floodplain ar:d Wetlands Map were adopted as part of the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission on February
5, 1995, to consider designating Mallard lakes as wetlands and a
recommendation was made to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on February 25,
1985, for Council consideration of the Planning Commission's recommendation.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Floodplain and Wetlands Map of the Tigard Comprehensive Plan
is hereby amended to designate Mallard lakes as wetlands as set
forth in attached Exhibit "A"
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be effective on and after the 30th day
after it is enactment by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
