AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING PAYMENT TO MAYOR AND
Cliff COUNCIL FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 2.44.010 of the Tigard Municipal Code be amended as follows
([delete] underlined to be added): For attendance at each meeting
of the city council, each duly appointed or elected councilman and
the mayor shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of fifteen
dollars per meeting, provided that compensation to any one member or
the mayor shall not exceed [sixty dollars per month] $180.00 per
three months.
