AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 5.08 TAXICABS OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE AND
DECLARING All EMERGENCY
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 5.08 Taxicabs of the Tigard Muncipal Code is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. In order to preclude any unnecessary permit processing
for taxicabs as the renewal is the first of July of each year, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and it is hereby declared and the ordinance shall
become effective upon passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
