AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.164 STREET AND UTILITY STANDARDS, CHAPTER
18.130 CONDITIONAL USE, CHAPTER 18.120 SITE DEVELOPIMNT REVIEW, CHAPTER 18.144
C.CESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES AND CHAPTER 18.106 OFF-STREET PARKING AND
LOADING REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CODE AND unCLAn�ING AN
EMERGENCY (2OA 5-84).
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard finds it necessary to revise its Community
Development Code periodically to improve the operation and implementation of
that code; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has reviewed the Community Development Code
and has adopted the same; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Planning Commission held a public hearing on the
proposed changes on July 24, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council held a public hearing on the proposed changes
on August 13, 1984.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Community Development Code shall be amended as shown below.
Items to be added are underlined, items to be deleted are shown
in [brackets).

analysis drawings and shall contain the

will take place indicating general
contour lilies, aloge ratios and slope
stabilization proposals.
3. A statement from a registered engineer
supported by factual data substantiating:
a. The validity of the slope
stabilization proposals; and
b. That all problems will be mitigated
and how they will be mitigated."

and to protect the public health, safety and welfare, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage by the Council and approval by
the Mayor.
