Ordinance No. 84-49 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 84-- —
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84-43 SPREADING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR 68th
SANITARY SEWER LID #42.
WHEREAS, the assessment roil for the 68th Sanitary Seger LID #42 included
properties that would not benefit from the project; and
WHEREAS, the total assessment can be reduced by these non-benefited properties.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.: Ordinance No. 84-43 is to be amended by excluding the
following properties from the assessment roll and reducing the total
assessment:

Section 2.: The new total assessment for the 68th Sanitary Sewer
LID #42 is: T1 72,960.00.
Section 3.: Emergency Clause. The effective date of this ordinance
is to be immediately upon unanimous passage by the City Council due to the
closeness of the sale of Bancroft Bonds for the other participants.
