Ordinance No. 84-44 q CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON •� ORDINANCE NO. 84-44 AN ORDIN®,NCE ADOPTING AN ASSESSMENT FjXHULA FOR THE 68TH PARKWAY STREET LOCAL IleROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 35, CREAT'a PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 83-31. WHEREAS, following public hearings beginning April 25, 1983, the City Council of the City of Tigard, at its regular meeting of April 25, 1983 passed Ordinance No. 83-31 forming the 68th Parkway Street Local Improvement District No. 35; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to sell bonds before November, 1984; and WHEREAS, on June 29, 1984, a letter was mailed by the City of Tigard to all -- real property owners within the boundaries of the 68th Parkway Street Lt;cal ' Improvement District No. 35 informing them of the proposed assessment on their property, including the required notice of meeting location, time and objection prfcess; and WHEREAS, all proceedings to date have been in conformity with ORS 223.387 and 223.389 and TMC Title 13, and all procedures were regularly and lawfully conducted; hTHE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Engineer has prepared an estimated total cost of the 68th Parkway Street Local Improvement District No. 35. The assessment to properties within the 68th Parkway Street Local Improvement District No. 35 has been computed on a combination formula of 50% area and 50% to frontage and is to be spread as provided below: Property Owner Property Description Assessment Oregon Education Association 1S126DA 2300 $ 91,594 R. Section 3: That t",-.-a Finance Director is further directed to notify by mail each propei.-y owner of the assessment and to _provide Bancroft applications for assessment payments in installments to each.
