ORDINANCE NO. 84-_L,�
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7$-25, LIQUOR
LICENSE PROCEDURES AND FEES; AND PRESCRIBING NEW FEES AND CHARGES.
WHEREAS, current fees have remained unchanged since 1978; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 82-72 granted the City Council the authority to set
rates for fees and charges;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: "Section 3" of Ordinance No. 78-25 is amended to read:
"All applications for such annual reviews, initial
reviews, or 'temporary' reviews shall be charged $25.00
for each application."
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st day

after its passage by the Council, and approval by the Mayor.
