Ordinance No. 84-11 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 84-.LL
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.04.010 (3) OF THE TIGARD mUNCICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council adopted purchasing rules that included
petty cash expenditures of $25.00, and
WHEREAS, the Tigard Petty Cash demands have increased and require
replenishment at least twice each month, and
WHEREAS, it is more efficient to replenish petty cash once each month.
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 3.04.010 (3) be amended to read: Imprest cash account of the
administrative subdivision of the general fund, in an amount not to
exceed three hundred thirty dollars, is authorized to be transferred
and set aside from the general fund under the heading "imprest cash
account--administrative subdivision--general fund."
EFFECTIVE DATE: Pursuant to Chapter VIII Section 36, of the Tigard Municipal
Code, this ordinance will take effect on the thirtieth day after its enactment.
