ORDINANCE NO. 83- 06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF VARIOUS ELEMENTS OF THE TIGARD

WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has reviewed and adopted eight elements of
the tigard Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of the remaining plan elements and maps will take place
in February, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council recognizes the need to provide a uniform date
for the effectiveness of this series of Comprehensive Plan elements;
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The previously adopted effective dates of the following ordinances are each
changed to April 1, 1983:

Economy 82-80 January 1, 1983

Housina 83-05 February 1, 1983
An emergency is declared and these portions of the Comprehensive Plan shall
become effective on April 1, 1983.
