Ordinance No. 82-54 s P CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE NO. 82 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 81-50 BY EXTENDING THE DATE FOR EXPIRATION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE WITHIN TUALATIN RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Tigard City Council deems it necessary to extend the period of timeset by Ordinance No. 81-50 for the expiration of the Fire Prevention Code within the Tualatin Rural Fire Protection District to January 1, 1984. Therefore, the Tigard City Council does hereby amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 81-50 as follows: "The provisions ofthis ordinance shall expire 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 1984, unless the Tigard City Council, by ordinance, shall declare otherwise."
