AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 82--20 FOR A T':POGRAPHICAL ERROR. i
WHEREAS , on April 26, 1982 the Tigard City Council adopted Ordinance
No. 82-20 approving the Preliminary and General Plan and granting a Sensitive
Lands Permit to Main Street Land. Corporation/JB Bishop (CPR 8-81, CPR 9-81 and
M 2-81); and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 82-20 contained a typographical error
in quoting certain sections of the Tigard Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 82-20 Section 2 is amended to read as follows:
"The following additional conditions be and hereby are imposed
on the subject application.
"a. Notice of site plan approval by the Director under Tigard
Municipal Code sections 18.59.010 to 18.59.100 and section
18.84.050 (a) (2) shall be given immediately to the Commission
and the Council and shall be subject to appeal and review by
those bodies under Tigard Municipal Code section 18.84.250 (b) (2)
and related sections."
Section 2: Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace , health and safety of the
people of the City of Tigard that this ordinance be adopted with
the least possible delay in order to avoid the possibility of confusion created
by the error , an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage by the Council and signature of the Mayor.
