Ordinance No. 82-06 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 82-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 81-101,
CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR.
On December 14, 1981 the City Council passed ordinance number 81-101,
entitled "Coles Acres ZCA 30-81".
The Planning Department information Section of Ordinance 81-101 as
presented to the City Council and passed on December 14, 1981 contained a typographical
error. Tax Map 2S1 10A should have included Tax lot 2400 and should not have included
tax lot 2900. The listing of tax lots on tax map 2S1 l0A should read 2608, 2603,
2606, 2601, 2200, 2502, 3200, 3201, 3301, 23011 33001 3400, 2500, 2402, 3302, 2400,
2300, 2401 and 2302. The legal description and the map prepared by the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission as presented to the City
Council was correct.
Now, therefore, in order to avoid the possibility that the error in
Ordinance No. 81-101 might create confusion in the future City Council does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance 81-101 is amended by changing the Tax Map and
Tax lot listing to read, "2S1 IOA lots 2608, 2603. 2606, 2601,2200, 2502,
3200, 3201, 3301, 2301, 3300, 3400, 2500, 2402, 3302, 2400, 2300, 2401, 2302.--
Section
302."Section 2. That in as much as it is necessary for the peace, health and
safety of the people of the City of Tigard that this Ordinance go into effect
with the least possible delay, an emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by the Council and
signature by the Mayor.
