AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 81-104, F
CORRECTING A TY;-OGRAPHICAL ERROR.
Cn December 14, 1981 the City Council passed ordinance number 81-104,
entitled '"Pacific Highway
The Planning Department Information Section of Ordinance 81-104 as
presented to the City Council and passed on December 14, contained a typographical
error. Tax Map should read 2S1 10A lot 4600 and Tax Map 2S1 10D lots 600, 700 and
1200. The legal description and map prepared by the Portland Metropolitan Area
Local Government Boundary Commission as presented to the City Council was correct.
Now, therefore, in order to avoid the possibility that the error in `
Ordinance Number 81--104 might creat.- confusion in the future City Council does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance 81-104 is amended by changing the Tax Map and Tax
Lot listing t , read: 112S1 10A lot 4600; 2S1 IOD lots 600, 700 and 1200.
Section 2. Phat in as much as it is necessary for the peace, health and
safety of the people of the City of Tigard that this Ordinance go into
effect with the least possible delay, an emergency is declared to exist
and this ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by the Council
and signature by the Mayor.
