ORDINANCE No. 81- 98
AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING ERRORS IN ORDINANCE No. 81-88 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council does hereby correct Ordinance No. 81-88, which set

forth the Official Notice of Bond Sale and set the date for the
General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 13 hid opening for October I9, 1981,
by amending the date and location of the bid opening and correcting a typographical
error and changing the date for the bid award as follows:
v All references to the date and location of the bid opening are changed
to read as follows: "November 2, 1981 at Bond Counsel's Office:
Ragen, Roberts, O'Scannlain, Robertson & Neill, 1001 SW Fifth Avenue,
Portland, Oregon 97204"
