ORDINANCE No. 81- It
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE No. 81-56, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FIXING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council hereby finds that Ordinance No. 81-56 was adopted
on July 13, 1981, however the ordinance wordage was in conflict
with: the subsection (43) of' section 10.28.130 of the Tigard Municipal Code.
Section 2: That Ordinance No. 81-56 hereby is repealed in its entirety
so as to not be-in conflict with the rest of the Tigard Municipal
Code section 10.28.130.
Section 3: Inasmuch as this ordinance is necessary to protect the health,
safety and general welfare of the public, an emergency is recognized
to exist and is hereby declared and this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage and approval by the City Council.
