AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 81-32,
CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR.
On May 11, 1981 the City Council passed Ordinance s
No. 81-32, entitled "Gentle Woods Annexation" .
The Planning Department information in Ordinance
81-32 as presented to the City Council and passed on May 11
contained a typographical error. The Tax Lot numbers should
read 1400 and 1402, and not 1401 and 1403. The map and legal
description of Ordinance 81-32 as presented to the City
Council were correct.
Now, therefore, in order to avoid the possibility
that the error in Ordinance No. 81-32 might create confusion
in the future the City Council of the City of Tigard ordains
as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance 81-32 is amended by changing
the tax lo-IE-numbers referenced from 1401 and 1403 to 1400
and 1402.
Section 2 That inasmuch as it is necessary for
the peace,heath and safety of the people of the City of
Tigard that this ordinance go into effect with the least
possible delay, an emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by the
Council and signature by the Mayor.
