AN ORDINANCE A14ENDING TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3.04.010 (3) RELATING
TO IMPREST CASH ACCOUNTS.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Tigard City Council wishes to increase the General Fund f.
Administrative subdivision imprest cash account due to the
increased cost of sewer billings creating a cash flow problem for the
day-to-day operation of the cashier's desk.
Section 2: That Section 3.04.010 (3) be amended to read as follows:

"Imprest cash account of the administrative subdivision of the
general fund, in an amount riot to exceed One Hundred Forty
1 X, Dollars ($140.00), is authorized to be transferred and set aside
from the general fund under the heading "imprest cash account--
administrative subdivision--general fund."
