Ordinance No. 81-19 t i CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE NO. 81-Ij AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.56 OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (P-D) THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Section 18.56 of the Tigard Municipal Code be added to read as follows: "SEE EXHIBIT A" SECTION 2: Inasmuch as it is necessary to the peace, health, and safety of the public that the forgoing change in the City's records become effective, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be effective upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor. A description of proposed deviations from the standards prescribed by this title and deviations from the requirements and standards of Title 17 of this code, shall be presented with a showing that the public health, safety and welfare will be better served by such proposal." and to Section 18.56.030 (a) : by the Preliminary Review.approval. "All deviations or variances from the standards prescribed by this title and in particular, in specific terms, all deviations or variances from the standards and specifications and requirements of Title 17, of this code, which are being proposed to be varied from, shall be addressed in writing with a showing that the public health, safety and welfare will be best served by such proposal." and to Section 18.56.040 (a) : �S' IfWilThat each and every proposed deviation or variance from standards, ' s-ecifications and requirements prescribed by;thi.s title, and in particular with respect to such deviations or variances from the standard specifications and requirements of Title 17 of this code, z are fully justified and that the public health, safety and welfare t, and general environmental considerations will be best served by approval thereof.
