AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.08.030, TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR SUBD1VrSIpNS AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Title 17, Section 17.08.030 of the Tigard Municipal Code is amended
to read as follows:
Comprehensive Development Plan - "Comprehensive Development Plan"
means any and all plans adopted by the City Council for the purpose
of guiding growth and development of the City.
This ordinance shall take effect on the 31st day following its passage and
signing.
