ORDINANCE No. 79- 1,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 78-57 OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES AND
TRANSPORTATION PLAN FOR THE TIGARD PLAN AREA, RELATING TO THE NEEDS OF THE
TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE-DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: €

Section 1: Transportation Disadvanta ed. The Transportation Systems Section
- of the City of Tigard's Community Services and Transportation Plan
is hereby amended with the addition clarifying Tigard's willingness to cooperate
with Tri-Met for planning for the needs of the transportation disadvantaged:
5. "Transportation services for the elderly, the handicapped,
the young and the poor will be provided as part of the
regional transportation system."
