AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN CHAPTERS OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLWS:
Section 1: Chapter 18,59.060 Design Review Procedure is amended in the follow-
ing respects:
(c) Application for Design Review
As a minimum, the design plan must contain the following:
1. Site plan, showing topography, and vicinity map;
(d) standards and Criteria
2. Project Development
(D) It shall reasonably conform to the natural contours
of the site, incorporating special designs, where
appropriate, to accomodate unique topographic features;
(E) It shall provide a minimum onsite landscape area of ten
percent and in accordance with the following formula:
In the Planned Development District Ordinance,
Section 2: Chapter 18.56.165 shall be added as follows:
18.56,165 Minimum street widths. Street width for public streets
will not be varied to allow a width less than 34 feet of paving
for a public street or 24 feet for a private street.
Section 3: Chapter 18,64.010 shall be changed as follows:
18.64.010 General Provisions. The following requirements
and standards shall not apply where they conflict with the
subdivision ordinance.
18.64.040 shall be amended to read:
18.64.040 Width and location of curb cuts. The curb cut standards
shall be in accordance with Title 15.04.080, Streets and Sidewalks
Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st day
after its passage by the Council and approval of the Mayor.
