AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER
3O 3

TO ADDING BOAT DEALERSHIPS.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS;

Tigard Zoning Ordinance of 1970), the
that ordinance, in conformance with prescribed procedures, was heard by
the Tigard Planning Commission on January 20, 1979, and the Planning
Commission thereafter recommended to the City Council that the zoning
ordinance be amended as set forth in Section 3 below.
SECTION 2: The City Council further finds that the purpose for this amend-
ment is to protect the public health, safety and general welfare
and, furthermore said amendment serves to implement the City's objectives
and policies concerning development in C-3M zone.
SECTION 33: Therefore, Chapter 18.30.020, Main Street Commercial zone is
amended to read as follows:
"18.30-020 Conditional Uses (4) Automobile, boat and trailer sales;"
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the 31st day after
its passage by the Council and approval of the Mayor.
