AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE TIGARD MIiNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING
SECTION 10.28.100, TWENTY-MINUTE TIME LIMIT, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 10.28.100 of the Tigard Municipal Code, relating to
locations where parking is restricted to twenty minutes during
certain hours and on certain days, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2: Inasmuch as it is necessary to the peace, health and safety
of the public that the foregoing change in the City's records become
effective, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall
be effective upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
APPROVED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present, after being
read by number and title only two times on this day of
