Ordinance No. 79-109 AM CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON OxDINANCE NO. 79- " AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE TIGARD MUNICTPAL CODE BY ADDING TO SECTION 10.28.030 TO PROVIDE FOR A MOTOR BUS LOADING ZONE, AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That Section 10.28.030 of the Tigard Municipal Code, relating to truck, trailer and bus restrictions, be, and the same is hereby amended and supplemented to add thereto new subsections reading as follows: "10.28.030 Truck, trailer and bus restrictions. No person shall at any time park or leave standing a house trailer, motor bus, motor truck, tractor trailer, truck tractor or truck trailer, as defined in Section 10.28.010 (c), whether attended or unattended, on any improved public highway, public street or other public way within the city limits, for a period greater than thirty minutes, between the hours of one minute past twelve a.m. and six a.m., except within the boundaries of the herein delineated zones during the designated hours: (2) Motor Bus Loading Zone- 24 hour, 7 day per week: ( ) Within the southwesterly half of SW Commercial Street, extending southeasterly forty three feet along the curb therein, from a point one hundred sixty-four feet southeasterly of the intersection of the southeast right-of-way line of SW Main Street. Section 2 That the City Administrator be and he is hereby authorized and directed r to cause to have the areas in which designated bus layover and loading zones are established as set forth suitably posted in the manner provided by law. Section 3: This ordinance shall become effective on and after the 31st day after its passage by the Council. and approval by the Mayor.
