ORDINANCE No. 78- 48
AN ORDINANCE AMFPIDIN'G AND SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 10. 16.020 ONE-WAY
STREETS OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SUBSECTION
(2) DESIGNATING KNOLL DRIVE AS A ONE-WAY STREET, FIXING AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council finds that S.W. Knoll Drive from the
intersection thereof with S.W. Mall Boulevard to the
intersection thereof with S.W. Hunziker Street is a duly platted
and dedicated public way in the City of Tigard and that said
street throughout the expanse thereof if not under jurisdiction
of the State Highway Commission or Washington County, and that
pursuant to 483.043 O.R.S. the City of Tigard may properly
designate said street as a one-way street.
Section 2: That Section 10.16.020 of the Tigard Municipal Code is
hereby supplemented and amended to add thereto a sub-
section (2) reading as follows:
10.16.020 One-way streets.

(2) S.W. Knoll Drive from its intersection with the
easterly right-of-way line of S.W. Hall Boulevard to
its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line
of S.W. Hunziker Street. Traffic is permitted to move
only in a southeasterly direction, away from S.W.
Hall Boulevard and toward S.W. Hunziker Street.
Section 3: The City Administrator be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to cause to have placed such signs and
markers as may be reasonably necessary to give notice to the
traveling public of the limitations of said street to one-way
traffic.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day after its passage by the Council and ap-
proval by the Mayor.
