Section 1: That subsection 1123" of' Section 10.28.130 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, relating to location where parking is
prohibited at any time, be, and the same .is hereby amended to read
as follows:
111.0.28.130 Prohibited at any tire. No person shall at any
time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind or character,
whether motorized or not, and whether attended or unattended, within
the following defined portions of public streets and highways within
the city:
(23.) lrfithin the Southwest half of the right-of-way
of C.W. Commercial. Street, within forty five
feet Southeasterly of the Southeast right-of-
way line of F.W. Main Street."
Section 2: That the City Administrator be and he 1.s hereby authorized
and directed to cause to have the areas in u;hich parkin;
is prohibited as above set forth suitably posted in the manner provided
by maw.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day after its passage by the:Council, and execution by
the City Recorder and the Mayor.
