AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2,36.060 OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO LIBRARY FEES AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DAPE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 2.36.060, Fees, is hereby amended to read as follows;
"Users and patrons who reside in

Washington County and therefore, no fees have been charged

ordinance shall be retroactive to July 1, 1976.
